Hushwater: Merge & Mystery

Moving to a new phone? Open Settings → Back up progress on your old phone, keep the code, then use Restore progress on the new one.

Missing a purchase? Open Settings → Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store.

Frequently asked questions

What is energy for?: Every tap on a generator costs 1 energy (the flame at the top). It refills by itself, 1 point every 2 minutes, up to 100. Your first refill each day is free: tap the energy counter.
What are coins for?: Customers pay coins for every order you serve. Coins pay for repairs, and repairs move the story along. Tap the coin counter to see the repairs.
What are gems for?: Gems are the rare currency. You get them from level-ups, daily tasks, achievements and chests. Use them when you are stuck: extra energy, waking a resting generator, more storage, or deals in the shop.
How do I merge?: Drag an item onto an identical one. Two of the same make one better item. Tap an item and press Chain to see everything it can become.
Where does this item come from?: Look at the colour behind it. Every generator sits on its own coloured tile (orange Camp Stove, gold Pantry, blue Tackle Box, purple Linen Chest, green Berry Bush), and everything it makes sits on a pale tile of the same colour. The top bar also names it: tap an item to see 'Made by the Camp Stove', and press Chain to see its whole family.
Why is my generator resting?: A generator holds a lot of taps and refills slowly while you play. If you empty it completely it rests for a few minutes. Use another generator, or wake it with gems.
What does the blue outline mean?: An item floating with a blue outline is something a customer is waiting for. Tap Serve on their order card to hand it over.
My board is full!: Sell things you do not need (tap the item, then Sell), tuck them into Storage, or serve orders to free up space.
What are the crates and cobwebs?: Crates open when you merge something right next to them. Cobwebbed items are stuck until you drop an identical item on them.
What is in the Journal?: The Case Board with every clue you have found, your Sticker Album, and your Achievements.
How do I level up?: Every repair you finish gives XP. Each new level brings gems and an Energy Jar, and sometimes opens something new. Tap your level badge to see what is next.
How do I keep my progress?: Your game saves on this device automatically. To move it to a new phone, use Back up progress in Settings and keep the code somewhere safe.
