Agreement. By playing Hushwater ("the Game"), made by Maximilian Olsen ("we"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
License. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the Game, or use cheats, bots or exploits.
Virtual items. Gems, coins, energy and other in-game items have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may change or rebalance them. Except where the law requires, purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Purchases. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. If you're a minor, get a parent's permission before buying anything.
Ads. Ads are optional and give a reward only when watched to the end. Availability may vary.
Your progress. Progress is saved on your device. Use the backup code if you want to move devices. We aren't responsible for progress lost if you uninstall the Game or reset your device without a backup.
Changes and availability. We may update, change or end the Game or any feature. We'll try to give notice before shutting the Game down.
Conduct. Don't use the Game in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
Disclaimer. The Game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
